the location was acceptable it was close to everything i needed
my tv didn't work i reported it three times and nothing changed the breakfast service felt understaffed and chaotic my tea was cleared while i was at the buffet i had to wait a long time for a fried egg

The room was spacious and well lit, so working was easy. i found the bed very comfortable. The pillows were really soft. the bathroom had plenty of space, even with a large sink and countertop next to the spacious walk-in shower. breakfast was amazing, even when i arrived close to closing time. it was like i could interact with the staff easily.
I noticed some dust on a high shelf in the room. It wasn't a big deal though.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities, a bonus after a long day. plenty of towels were available and were replaced on my second day. The bed was made daily. the stylish room had plenty of space. It was not overfurnished.

The hotel is right in the city center, opposite the town hall. This makes it easy to reach many places quickly. i found several restaurants within a short walking distance, so dining options were plentiful. the location safety was good to walk around, even at night.

The front desk staff were very good and accommodating, so i really felt welcome. the staff offered no check-in information but responded quickly to requests. This was a small inconvenience. breakfast service was efficient. The staff kept the buffet well stocked and tidy.

The room was spacious and very clean. The modern design of the rooms was excellent. I appreciated having breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the square. The view was AMAZING!!!
I found some of the hotel signage confusing to navigate.

the room was super very comfy and tidy. they provided toiletries and tea and coffee and towels were replaced and bed. i thought it was a great location i would definitely stay again.
Staff failed to inform us of the wifi issues they'd been experiencing. We therefore could not use the tv. we then had no mini fridge at all and had to go down to staff to request this.

I loved how central this accommodation is. It made getting around easy. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast offered great variety. I definitely appreciated this. The room was modern and clean. I felt very comfortable .
The payment process did not accommodate AMEX cards. This was a minor issue, but it caused a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is perfectly situated opposite the fine Town Hall, providing convenient access to many attractions. It is also within a short walking distance to the station and close to nice restaurants such as La Bottega. I could not ask for a better location.

the location was great. it was close to a car park and restaurants. staff were polite. there was an easy parking option nearby, pre-bookable.
tv channels didn't work. the room was a little warm. i couldn't work out how to reduce temperature. the thermostat didn't seem responsive.
